Elegant form, typical of the Modern style. Vases of this height were considered “floor vases”, often displayed on a raised fireplace hearth.
A gorgeous addition to a swung glass collection, or just add a little color to your room! This is a green glass vase with a ridged base and fluted top. It is in overall excellent vintage condition with minimal wear consistent with age and typical use; no chips, cracks, or other damage, some mineralization on the inside bottom from being used as a vase. There is a bubble inclusion on the top right, see close up picture.
Beautiful vintage condition-no damage. Please expect bubbles and irregularities consistent with hand-crafted Art Glass.
I have washed this piece. It is a bit too large for me to handle safely and I don't have a brush long enough to reach to the bottom. I was able to soak away some of the soil, but please know that it is not completely clean.
