Antique Jenny Lind style Full spindle bed frame, side rails.
ca. 1830’s full size wood Spool Bed. Originally made for a feather bed, this beauty is about double sized, at 51-1/2” wide. It can easily be modified to hold a standard full-sized mattress. The bed is complete with Headboard, Footboard and 2 wood side rails.
Headboard - 53-1/2" wide x 3*" high (37-1/4" center height)
Footboard- 53-1/2" wide x 38" High (34" center height)
Rails 72" long
Beautiful old patina, original. Never painted, wonderful. This an early to mid-19th Century bed. This is a beautiful piece.
Good Antique Condition with age related wear and patina. There are a couple of small pieces missing, one on the top finial's backside and one on the backside of a spool. Small and unnoticeable.
This beautiful bed has its original finish, it has not been painted so you may leave as is, and polish up
or you may paint or stain as you desire with ease :)
